  • Can I try a one-time cut before signing up for a full plan?
    Yes—you can! Our single-visit grass cutting option lets you test our service without committing to a long-term plan. At $70, it includes grass cutting, weed whipping, and full blowing off of pathways and driveways.
  • How much does weekly grass cutting cost, and what’s included?
    At GrassRoots, you have two monthly grass cutting plans. The standard plan is $169/month, which includes weekly lawn mowing, weed whipping, and blowing the clippings off all hard surfaces. If you prefer grass clippings removed, the clip-collection option is $249/month. If you just want a one-time cut to try us out first, a single-visit grass cut costs $70.
  • Do I need to be home when you come to cut the lawn?
    Nope. For standard grass cutting clients, there's no need to be home during service—especially during recurring weekly visits. We handle everything independently and ensure your property is tidy when we leave.
  • Do these packages require a long-term commitment or can I cancel early?
    These packages run for six months, paid upfront at a discounted rate. While they’re time-bound, you’re not locked into ongoing services beyond that term—giving you flexibility to reassess after the service period ends.
  • How many treatments does each package include, and when are they done?
    Premium covers three visits between April and September, while Gold includes five visits in that same timeframe. Both packages also include aeration and overseeding; Premium includes it in spring only, Gold includes spring and fall.
  • What’s the difference between Lawn‑Care Premium and Lawn‑Care Gold packages?
    The Lawn‑Care Premium package is priced at $499 for six months, and includes three fertilizer applications, three weed control treatments, plus spring aeration and overseeding. The Gold package is $699 for six months, offering five fertilizer applications, five weed control treatments, and both spring and fall aeration & overseeding.
  • How do you price your landscaping projects?
    Every landscaping job gets a flat-rate estimate based on your specific property, materials, and overall scope. There are no hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay.
  • What types of landscaping projects do you handle?
    We take on all major landscaping projects, including patios, walkways, garden installations, tree planting, and full-scale outdoor transformations.
  • Can I see a design or render before work begins?
    Absolutely. For complex landscaping jobs, we’ll provide a comprehensive plan and mockup before we get started—so you know exactly what to expect.
  • How do you price a hardscaping project?
    We deliver flat-rate estimates for every job based on the specific scope, materials, and site conditions. No hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay.
  • Can I see a full design before committing to work?

  • What hardscaping services do you provide?
    We install patios, walkways, stone steps, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and full backyard hardscape designs using interlock, pavers, and natural stone. Every project is custom and built to last.
  • What kind of equipment do you use?
    We use a variety of equipment to clear snow, such as plow trucks, snow blowers & shovels. The type of equipment used will depend on the size of the area to be cleared, the amount of snow, and the type of surface.
  • How much does snow removal service cost?
    The cost of snow removal service can vary depending on a variety of factors, such as the size of the property, the amount of snow to be removed, the type of equipment used, and the location. Typically, you can expect to pay anywhere from $50 to $100 per visit for a single plow, or $600 and up per season for unlimited plows.
  • How quickly can I expect the snow to be removed from my property?
    For our unlimited seasonal clients, we clear snow within 6 hours of the snowfall accumulation reaching 2 inches or more. Time varies for a single visit plow.
